How do you fix my hail damage?
Professional paintless hail repair involves a few different methods, depending on access to the rear of the damaged area. If access can be obtained, specialized rods of various shapes and sizes are used to massage the metal back to its original position. If there is limited or no access, special tabs are glued inside the dents parameter and then carefully pulled outward, lifting the depression slowly back to its original position. Rick’s Auto Restoration also has unique tools and processes involving heat and electromagnetic devices to assist in the process.
How long will you need my car?

Each repair is unique, and the time required depends on the severity of the damage. Small repairs can be completed in as little as half a day, while larger repairs may take several days. In some cases, mobile repair services may be available. No matter the situation, we are always faster than a traditional body shop!

How much will it cost?
If you have full coverage insurance, often our services are provided at no cost to you. We will work directly with your insurance to complete the repairs, leaving you a hassle free experience. We also can cover your deductible in most cases. We will be glad to give you all the details during the initial consultation.
How do I get the process started?

Simply give us a call or send us a text. We will schedule an evaluation for your vehicle, then provide an estimate. In the meantime, you will need to notify your insurance company and get a claim number to accompany our estimate for submission.

How long before you can begin the repairs?
Though the time can vary depending on who your insurance is with, generally it will take 5-10 business days for them to process your claim. We communicate with them and you throughout the process to ensure a smooth transaction for all involved. Once this step is complete, we schedule the repair with you soon afterwards according to your needs.
